About Eric J.

Eric J. Mausner earned his undergraduate degree at The George Washington University, graduating in 2007 with a B.A. in political science and classical humanities. He went on to law school at New York Law School and received his J.D. in 2012. Those years formed the backbone of his legal training and shaped the way he approaches analysis and argument.

He began his legal career in 2012 as an Assistant State Lawyer in the Miami-Dade State Lawyer s Office. That early work placed him in a courtroom environment and exposed him to the procedural demands of trial practice. He handled day-to-day responsibilities typical of a public prosecutor’s office and learned how to manage case dockets under pressure.

Mausner holds admission to practice in several jurisdictions. He is admitted in Florida, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Those multi-jurisdictional credentials allow him to advise clients whose matters cross state lines and to coordinate filings when cases touch multiple courts.

After his time in public service he moved into private practice. He is a principal at Mausner Graham Injury Law PLLC. The firm name reflects an emphasis on injury law, and his practice centers on representing individuals harmed in accidents and other incidents that give rise to personal injury claims. He handles pre-litigation advocacy, negotiations with insurers, and courtroom proceedings when cases proceed to trial.

Colleagues and clients cite his courtroom experience from the start of his career and his academic background in political science and the humanities as influences on his work. He tends to combine structured legal analysis with attention to narrative, aiming to present facts clearly for judges and juries. He maintains licenses in four jurisdictions and practices primarily at Mausner Graham Injury Law PLLC, where he concentrates on personal injury matters.
