In 2006, he joined the Shasta County District Attorney's Office in California as a Deputy District Attorney, supervising the Domestic Violence Enhanced Response Team and prosecuting serious felony cases. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Deputy County Counsel for Contra Costa County, handling civil rights and government tort claims. In 2012, he founded Eric D. Anderson Law Ltd., focusing on criminal defense and business law. In 2025, he became a partner at Brown White & Osborn LLP. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
