About Emmanuel
Emmanuel Gonzalez built a practice that combines law, business and immigration policy. He holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2002), an MBA in entrepreneurship from Suffolk University (2011) and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (2015), where he studied business law, intellectual property and immigration topics.
After law school Gonzalez launched his own practice and took on pro bono work. In 2016 he began operating Gonzalez Legal Office, P.C. and also served as a volunteer attorney for a local Volunteer Lawyers Project that year. In 2017 he spent time as an associate at Bardouille & Fugate, gaining experience in firm-based practice environments before returning full time to his own office.
Gonzalez’s background brings several threads together. His undergraduate study in economics and political science informs how he approaches regulatory and transactional problems. The MBA adds business perspective for clients who need practical counsel on company formation, contracts and commercial matters. His law school training included courses in business law, intellectual property and immigration law, and those areas remain central to his caseload.
He is admitted to practice before the courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is authorized to appear before the Federal Circuit. He holds memberships in the State Bar of Massachusetts (since 2016) and the New Hampshire Bar Association (since 2022), and he is a member of the Federal District Court for Massachusetts bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, both joined in 2022. He also belongs to the Northshore Latino Business Association, a local business organization he joined in 2018.
Clients see a lawyer who moves between courtroom filings, administrative petitions and contract drafting. He has handled immigration matters alongside business-related disputes and trademark and IP questions. His practice style emphasizes practical solutions and clear advice. He has taken on both individual immigration cases and business clients seeking assistance on corporate and intellectual property issues.
Gonzalez continues to lead Gonzalez Legal Office, P.C., where he manages client matters spanning immigration, business law and intellectual property. His current practice centers on helping individuals and small businesses navigate immigration processes, commercial transactions and intellectual property concerns.
