About Sarah

Sarah Bierman earned her law degree from Boston College Law School after completing undergraduate studies at Elon University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Accounting. Those dual undergraduate disciplines inform a practical approach to legal problems. She moved from the classroom to practice equipped with both analytical training and a grounding in business principles.

Bierman is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Her early legal work included supporting transactional matters and handling document-intensive tasks that are common in property and commercial work. Over time she took on greater responsibility in closings, title review, and client counseling. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she prefers clarity in contracts and precise communication with clients and other counsel.

Her practice centers on real estate law. She handles residential and commercial transactions, performs title examinations, prepares closing documents and assists clients through the steps of purchase and sale. She is also commissioned as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a role that often dovetails with signing and authentication requirements in real estate closings and other legal transactions.

Bierman maintains memberships in several professional organizations. She is a current member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. These affiliations keep her connected to regional practice trends and local court developments. She participates in continuing education and attends association events that address changes in property law, financing procedures and closing practices.

She works at Allcock & Marcus LLC, where she advises clients on transactional work and closing procedures in Massachusetts. Her work involves coordinating with lenders, title companies and clients to move transactions to completion. Time in practice has made her familiar with both routine closings and more complex title issues that require careful research and problem-solving. She continues to handle real estate matters and related transactional work at Allcock & Marcus LLC, serving clients across Massachusetts.
