Emanuel Hudson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Hudson is the founder and managing attorney at Hudson & Associates, a law firm located in Irvine, California. He has been practicing law for over 36 years, serving clients throughout Southern California and internationally.
Mr. Hudson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the American College of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Chapman University. During his time at the American College of Law, he focused on developing a comprehensive understanding of various legal disciplines, preparing him for a diverse legal career.
Mr. Hudson concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, family law, and personal injury. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business transactions, family disputes, and personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hudson has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for several years.
Mr. Hudson is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the California Dispute Resolution Council. Mr. Hudson is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
