About Elliot Sol
Elliot Sol Abrams built a law career that began in the classroom and moved quickly into practice. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. Three years later he graduated from The George Washington University Law School with a J.D. in 2011.
While still in law school he gained early exposure to courtroom practice. In 2009 he served as a law clerk at Cheshire Parker Schneider & Bryan, PLLC. That year of hands-on work helped him learn firm procedures, client contact and the rhythms of litigation work.
After returning to the firm following law school, he took on the role of lawyer in 2011 at Cheshire Parker Schneider & Bryan, PLLC. He stayed with the same firm where he had clerked, moving into responsibilities that included client representation and case preparation. His trajectory at the firm shows a straightforward rise from support role to practicing attorney.
Abrams maintains professional ties through several bar and advocacy groups. He is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. He also belongs to the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, which connects attorneys who handle trial work across the state. Those memberships keep him plugged into local and statewide legal developments.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady in handling case files. He addresses procedural issues carefully and keeps clients informed about next steps. He does not seek the limelight. Instead, he focuses on the work that a client’s file requires—research, drafting, negotiation and courtroom preparation when matters proceed that far.
Outside of the office he has stayed involved in professional circles that reflect North Carolina practice. Those connections supply continuing legal education and peer discussion. They also channel updates on state law and practice rules that affect day-to-day client work.
Today he practices at Cheshire Parker Schneider & Bryan, PLLC, where he represents clients and advises on legal matters. He concentrates his practice at the firm, handling client representation and related legal work.
