About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Luminoso is an attorney practicing in Tennessee who opened her own practice after completing law school. She arrived at the workaday tasks of litigation, counseling and client intake ready to build a small firm that reflects how she believes legal services should be delivered: directly, accessibly and with attention to detail.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University in 2023. Her legal education covered the core subjects that shape day-to-day practice in state courts and in client advisement. Classwork and clinic experiences during law school supplied practical training, while graduation in 2023 marked the transition from academic study to active practice.
After law school Luminoso moved into private practice in Tennessee. She holds membership in the State Bar of Tennessee and is licensed to practice in the state. Early in her career she focused on establishing systems for client intake and case management, tasks that are often overlooked but which determine how efficiently a firm operates and how clients experience the legal process.
She founded Luminoso Law to provide a base for that work. The office handles matters that arise under Tennessee law and serves local clients who need counsel and representation. At the firm she manages both the business and the legal work. That dual role means she spends time both in client meetings and on case strategy, conducting research, drafting filings and negotiating where appropriate.

In professional settings she participates in bar-sponsored continuing education and remains an active member of the State Bar of Tennessee.
