About Elisabeth K. H.
Elisabeth K. H. Pasqualini earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2005. She completed her legal studies after an undergraduate period that prepared her for practice. The law degree set the stage for a career rooted in criminal defense and federal matters.
After law school Pasqualini entered practice in Pennsylvania. She joined Shaffer & Engle Law Offices as an attorney in 2010, where she worked on trial preparation, motion practice and client counseling. That period gave her hands-on courtroom experience and exposure to a range of criminal cases at state level.
Pasqualini expanded her practice in the following years, taking on work that required familiarity with federal procedure and appellate practice. She holds admission in Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those credentials have allowed her to handle matters that move beyond state court to the federal system.
Her involvement in professional groups has been steady. She has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2005. She also joined the Federal Bar Association’s Middle District of Pennsylvania chapter in 2008. Those memberships reflect ongoing engagement with colleagues and developments in criminal defense and federal practice.
In 2020 she founded EKHP Law, LLC and serves as its principal. The firm structure allows her to direct case strategy and manage client relations. At EKHP Law she has continued to litigate and represent clients in criminal matters while overseeing the business side of a small law office.
Pasqualini’s work to date has covered trial and appellate steps, including motion practice, plea negotiations and briefing for higher courts. She has handled both state-level criminal cases and matters that required federal appellate filings. Colleagues and clients have described her as thorough in preparing legal arguments and attentive in client interviews.
Today she operates from EKHP Law, LLC, where she manages a caseload that includes criminal defense in Pennsylvania and appellate matters in the Third Circuit. Her current practice focuses on criminal defense and federal appellate work.
