About Eleanor

Eleanor Curry earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2013 after completing graduate studies at Florida A&M University, where she received an MBA in 2004. Her academic path combined business training and legal study. That combination has informed the way she approaches client matters and firm management.

She launched The Curry Law Office, PLLC in 2013 and has practiced in Texas since then. She started the firm soon after finishing law school and has maintained a small practice focused on practical problem solving. Her title is founding lawyer and she runs the office in Texas, handling matters that come through both transactional and contested avenues.

Curry is a certified mediator, credentialed through the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution. She holds sustained professional memberships. She has been involved in the Real Estate Section of the Texas State Bar since 2013 and has belonged to the National Black MBA Association since 2005. Those affiliations reflect interests that bridge business and real estate law, and they have provided ongoing contact with colleagues in both disciplines.

Her work routinely intersects real estate and dispute resolution. She handles purchases, sales and related contract matters, and she regularly offers mediation services in cases where parties seek an alternative to litigation. Her role often requires translating complex documents into clear, usable steps for clients. She balances transactional drafting with negotiation and mediations when disputes arise.

Clients and peers describe her practice as pragmatic. She tends to favor methods that resolve problems efficiently. That has meant cultivating procedural knowledge, developing negotiation skills and keeping updated on changes to Texas real estate law. Over time she has positioned the firm to serve a steady mix of business clients and individual property owners.

She continues to lead The Curry Law Office, PLLC and to accept matters in Texas. The firm remains centered on real estate work and on providing mediation services to clients seeking an alternative to courtroom litigation.
