Edna Carroll Straus is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Straus is the principal attorney at the Law Office of E. Carroll Straus, located at 2903 W. 140th St., Gardena, CA 90249. She has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Ms. Straus earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1983. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Goddard College, where she obtained a degree in 1979. During her time at Southwestern University School of Law, she was actively involved in legal education and founded a collaborative law group, reflecting her commitment to advancing the field of law.
Ms. Straus concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and probate. She represents individuals and families in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and guardianship. Her estate planning services include drafting wills and trusts, as well as providing guidance on health care directives and powers of attorney. In probate, she assists clients with estate administration and debt collection.
