About E. Powers
E. Powers Price built a path to law that began at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. She went on to earn a J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2011. Those years set the foundation for a practice that spans state and federal court.
After law school, Price entered practice in South Carolina and took the steps necessary to appear before both the state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She has maintained active ties to the local bar since her early years in practice. Over time, those ties grew into leadership roles and deeper professional involvement.
Price’s bar and professional association work is extensive. She has held membership in the Greenville County Bar Association and has been part of the Federal Bar Association since 2017. She joined the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2011. In 2020 she began serving as President of the Greenville Bar Association, a role she continues to fill. Those positions reflect sustained engagement with peers and organized bar activities in the region.
