About Dru M.
Dru M. Miller built his legal foundation at Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts before enrolling at the Dickinson School of Law. He completed his J.D. in 2015. Those years in State College and Carlisle shaped his early approach to practice and study.
Miller began working with Martson Law Offices while still in law school. He is listed as an associate there in 2014, a role he held as he finished his degree. That early courtroom and office experience put him in the thick of daily client work and file management from the outset of his career.
After earning his law degree, Miller secured admission to practice in Pennsylvania and gained permission to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Those credentials position him to handle matters in both state and federal venues. He maintains an active membership in the Cumberland County Bar Association and participates in the Cumberland County Inns of Court, where lawyers meet to discuss ethics, advocacy and trial technique.
Colleagues describe Miller as methodical and practical in his handling of matters. He approaches each file the same way: identify the key issues, prepare the record, and present arguments clearly. He has managed filings and appearances in local courthouses and federal settings, and he is comfortable handling the procedural demands that those forums require.
Miller's professional path has been steady rather than flashy. He moved from a law student balancing coursework and client demands to an attorney who continues to handle day-to-day litigation tasks and client counseling at the same firm that employed him early on. That continuity has given him a close working knowledge of the firm’s clients and processes.
He remains active in Cumberland County legal circles and continues to attend Inns of Court programs and bar association gatherings. Those activities keep him engaged with peers and current courtroom practice. He currently practices at Martson Law Offices, where he represents clients in matters filed in Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
