Colleen A. Baird built a steady legal career that began after law school and moved through several Pennsylvania firms before she joined Martson Law Offices. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Richmond and received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2011. Those classroom years set the stage for immediate entry into litigation work and firm practice.
Her professional path started in 2011 when she took an associate position at Margolis Edelstein. She spent the early years learning firm operations and developing courtroom experience. In 2014 she joined Stevens & Lee as an associate and then in 2015 moved to Saxton & Stump. Each move broadened her exposure to different practice settings and client needs. In 2018 she became an associate at Martson Law Offices, where she remains part of the team.
Baird is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow her to handle matters in both state and federal forums. Her background at regional firms gave her steady exposure to litigation, client counseling, and the procedural demands of trial work.
