Drew Spear built a varied educational foundation before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Management in 2005 from Southern Utah University. He continued his studies with an MBA from Colorado State University, conferred in 2010. In 2015 he completed a Juris Doctor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
After law school he began practicing in Indiana. In 2015 he opened Spear Legal Services, LLC and is listed as Lawyer / Abogado there. His practice is organized as a small firm, and he has represented clients under the firm's name since its founding.
