About Drew
Drew Duncan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma. He trained in the basics of advocacy, legal research and statutory analysis. Those fundamentals now inform his daily work in Texas courts and administrative matters.
After finishing law school, Duncan moved into practice in Texas. He joined The Parvin Law Group, P.C., where he handles a mix of litigation tasks and client counseling. He prepares pleadings, conducts discovery, and appears at hearings. He also takes part in settlement negotiations when cases make that turn. His work balances courtroom preparation with written advocacy.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in how he approaches a file. He breaks complex problems into manageable parts. He pays attention to deadlines and to the small points that can matter in motions and responses. That methodical approach shows up in his memos, which aim to be concise and practical, and in how he prepares witnesses for testimony.
Duncan’s training at the University of Oklahoma shaped his approach to legal writing and analysis. He spent time honing research skills and learning to read cases closely. Those skills remain central to the way he builds a case and evaluates risk for clients. He is comfortable synthesizing statutes and precedents to support arguments in briefs and oral argument.
Licensing and court appearances take place in Texas. He conducts practice across state forums and works on matters that require attention to state procedural rules. He also monitors changes in state law that affect his clients and adjusts strategy accordingly.
Outside of casework, Duncan contributes to internal firm discussions about litigation strategy and case management. He participates in the daily workflow of a small firm environment, where collaboration and responsiveness matter. He values clear communication with clients and aims to explain legal options in straightforward terms.
Drew Duncan practices at The Parvin Law Group, P.C., and continues to represent clients in Texas matters where litigation, negotiation and written advocacy are needed. He currently practices law at The Parvin Law Group, P.C., representing clients in Texas.
