Mr. Brannon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Dayton in 1999. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating in 2003. During his time in law school, he also became a licensed pilot, achieving an Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rating.
