Donald L. Fuller is a seasoned trial attorney based in Casper, Wyoming, with over 30 years of experience in criminal defense and personal injury law. He was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar in 1992 and has been a member since then. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in both state and federal courts, handling many cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies. His firm, The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm, is located at 242 South Grant Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601. Mr. Fuller graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1992. He began his legal career as an associate in private practice, quickly rising to partnership alongside Michael Krampner.
Upon Mr. Krampner's retirement in 2010, Mr. Fuller became the sole owner of the firm — In 2023, as he prepared for retirement, his partner, Ryan A. Semerad, took over the management responsibilities and ownership of the firm. However, Mr. Fuller remains an active member of the Wyoming Bar and continues to take on special cases. Throughout his career, Mr. Fuller has successfully tried criminal cases involving a range of offenses, including assault and battery, driving under the influence, theft, aggravated assault, armed robbery, aggravated kidnapping, and first-degree murder.
