About Dina
Dina Khismatulina began her legal path in Tomsk, where she earned an LL.B. from Tomsk State University Law School. She later moved to the United States to pursue advanced study and completed an LL.M. at Emory University School of Law in 2014. That year marks a point of transition in her career, as she also joined the State Bar of Georgia.
Her early legal formation in Russia led to admission to the National Bar of Russia in 1999. Over time she expanded her qualifications across borders. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and to several courts there, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Superior Courts of the State of Georgia. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The combination of Russian and U.S. credentials frames a practice that operates in both domestic and international contexts.
Khismatulina has been active in bar and professional groups. She holds membership in the American Society of International Law and participates in Women in International Law Atlanta. Her engagement at the local level included serving as co-president of the Gwinnett County Bar Family Law Section from 2019 through 2021. She also holds certification as a paralegal through VGA, a credential that speaks to her range of professional experience within legal teams.
Her roles have put her before state appellate panels and federal court dockets. She appears in the Georgia Court of Appeals and has litigated in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. In the Superior Courts of Georgia she has handled matters that required courtroom work and procedural navigation across multiple trial venues.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, a status she has maintained since 2014. The National Bar of Russia remains part of her professional identity, reflecting practice roots that predate her U.S. admission. Those dual backgrounds inform the way she approaches cases that touch on cross-border elements or require attention to differing legal systems.
Khismatulina practices from an office at The Manely Firm, P.C. Her day-to-day work brings together litigation and court appearances, professional association involvement, and case preparation that draws on both her Russian legal foundation and U.S. training. She currently focuses her practice on matters handled in Georgia state and federal courts.
