About Diego

Diego Gil graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019. He completed his legal education as the job market and court dockets were shifting rapidly. Those early years shaped his approach; he learned to move quickly and to keep details close.

After law school Gil began practicing in Florida. He has been authorized to practice in that jurisdiction and has served clients across a range of matters governed by state law. Early in his career he took on tasks that ranged from drafting pleadings to arguing in front of trial judges. The work demanded practical problem-solving and steady preparation.

Since 2020 he has held professional association membership. That involvement has helped him stay current on changes to procedure and to statutory law in Florida. He has used those updates to refine how he evaluates cases and advises clients. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers clear answers and firm next steps.

Gil joined Titan Law, PLLC as he moved into private practice. At the firm he handled litigation work and client counseling, often managing cases from intake through resolution. The environment at Titan Law allowed him to combine courtroom experience with written advocacy. He developed a routine that balances court appearances, brief writing and client meetings.

His practice has remained focused on matters arising under Florida law. He draws on his courtroom time when preparing cases and on research when testing legal theories. He approaches each file by mapping out immediate priorities and potential long-term outcomes. The aim is practical clarity rather than theoretical complexity.

Outside casework he keeps ties to the legal community through continuing education and association participation. Those activities feed back into his case strategy. They also create touchpoints with local judges and other lawyers, which can prove useful in scheduling and procedural planning.

Colleagues note Gil’s preference for direct communication. He tends to set clear expectations with clients early. That approach reduces surprises later and helps clients understand the tradeoffs that come with litigation and other legal processes.

He currently practices at Titan Law, PLLC and concentrates on legal matters arising under Florida law.
