About Dennis

Dennis Evans earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He pursued legal studies with an eye toward practice in the Southwest and left law school prepared for courtroom and counseling work. The curriculum and clinical opportunities at San Diego shaped a practical approach to the law that he carried into his career.

After completing his legal education, Evans established his practice in Arizona. He is licensed to practice in that state and has built a career based in Phoenix. Early on he handled a range of matters that required familiarity with Arizona courts and administrative procedures. Those formative years helped him learn how to assess a case quickly and advise clients on realistic options.

Evans’s work has spanned transactional matters, contested hearings and courtroom practice. He represents individuals and businesses in state proceedings and appears before administrative agencies when matters call for it. He spends time drafting pleadings, preparing witnesses and negotiating resolutions. He also spends time counseling clients on risk and compliance so they can make informed decisions without unnecessary delay.

Colleagues describe Evans as methodical in his preparation. He breaks complex problems into manageable parts and makes sure the record supports his client’s position. He prefers clear lines of argument and factual thoroughness over sweeping rhetorical flourishes. That steadiness is useful in the kinds of disputes that routinely reach Arizona courts.

Clients who work with him encounter practical legal work aimed at solving immediate problems. He handles discovery, evaluates settlement offers, and takes cases to trial when necessary. He also conducts hearings before administrative tribunals and assists clients in meeting filing and procedural deadlines.

Evans maintains an office in Phoenix where he meets with clients, manages matters, and coordinates litigation strategy. He keeps a local practice grounded in state law and the procedural realities of Arizona courts. He continues to serve clients out of the Phoenix AZ Law Office, representing them in state proceedings and related legal matters across Arizona.

He currently concentrates his practice on matters arising in Arizona state courts and administrative forums.
