David Y. Eberspacher has practiced law for decades after receiving his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1978. After law school he entered private practice and over the years became associated with Tapella & Eberspacher LLC. His association with the firm has anchored his career and ties him to the St. Louis metro legal community. Colleagues describe him as steady and precise in his legal work. Eberspacher’s career covers a long span. He has represented clients in matters handled from the firm’s offices in the St. Louis area and O’Fallon, Illinois. He currently divides his practice between the O’Fallon, Illinois office and the firm’s St. Louis-area locations, handling legal matters for clients across that region.
