About David William
David William Crosson earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Dickinson College in 2000. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 2004. Those formative years set the groundwork for a career that has alternated between solo practice and roles inside established firms.
After law school Crosson began building a practice that combined private practice and firm experience. He founded the Crosson Law Office in 2008 and worked there for several years before joining Gross McGinley, LLP as an associate lawyer in 2014. He then served as of counsel at The Erb Law Office in 2015 and was a lawyer at Albarelli & Stirba, LLC in 2017. In 2018 he became partner and owner at Crosson & Richetti, LLC. The chronology shows a steady movement between founding and running a solo office and contributing inside larger firm settings.
Crosson is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is also admitted to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He holds active memberships in the Pennsylvania State Bar since 2007 and in the Lehigh County Bar Association since 2013. Earlier in his career he participated in the American Bar Association and the Nicholas Cipriani Inns of Court, memberships that extended through 2013 and 2011–2013 respectively.
Throughout his career Crosson has moved into roles that require both case management and client counseling. He has experience drafting pleadings, appearing in court, and guiding clients through procedural stages. Those tasks recur in his record of positions, whether in his own practice or as part of a firm. Colleagues and clients see a lawyer comfortable switching between the demands of running an office and the day-to-day work of litigation and transactional tasks.
Today Crosson practices through Crosson & Richetti, LLC. He operates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and handles matters that arise in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He maintains bar memberships in the region and continues to split time between firm responsibilities and direct client work. He currently focuses his practice at Crosson & Richetti, LLC, representing clients in matters across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
