David Vance Benson is a dedicated personal injury attorney based in Lancaster, South Carolina — His legal career spans nearly four decades, having begun in 1984. In 1991, David joined Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys, where he currently serves as Of-Counsel. In addition to his work in workers' compensation, David also handles automobile accident cases, further broadening his expertise in personal injury law. In 2014, he became a Circuit Court Mediator, a role that has enhanced his ability to resolve disputes effectively and amicably.
