David L. Rezac is a partner at Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2012.

He advises clients on entity formation, leasing and financing arrangements, real estate sales, mergers, acquisitions, and general contract preparation and negotiation. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2004. During law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Judith K. Meierhenry of the South Dakota Supreme Court.
He was admitted to the State Bar of South Dakota in 2005 — He is also a member of the American Bar Association. David has been recognized by Chambers and Partners in the area of Corporate/Commercial, being named an "Up and Coming" attorney in 2014 and 2015. He is fluent in English and conversational Spanish.
