David M Lampley built his legal foundation at Catawba College, where he earned a B.A. in 2004, and at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he completed his J.D. in 2007. He moved into practice immediately after law school and has spent his career practicing in Florida. His education provided a fast transition into courtroom and office work.
He began his professional career at The Dellutri Law Group, P.A., taking on a role as a senior partner and attorney beginning in 2007. That early period of his career saw him handling matters across state court dockets and learning the administrative side of running a law office. Over time he balanced casework with responsibilities common to senior lawyers: overseeing files, mentoring junior attorneys, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.
In 2023 Lampley changed course and assumed ownership and a partnership role at F&L Law Group, P.A. As an owner/partner he carries both managerial duties and a caseload. The move to F&L Law Group represents a shift into running a practice while continuing courtroom work. He is active in bar and professional circles, maintaining memberships in the American Bar Association and the Florida State Bar. He has also been involved locally through the Lee County Young Professionals since 2008.
Lampley is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Those admissions shape the kinds of matters he accepts and the procedural environments in which he operates. His practice requires navigating state procedural rules as well as federal procedures in the Middle District, and he has experience managing filings and hearings in both settings.
Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic lawyer who pays attention to case details and courtroom procedure. He combines office management responsibilities with client representation. Over a career that now spans nearly two decades, he has moved from a firm role at The Dellutri Law Group into firm ownership and partnership at F&L Law Group, P.A.
Outside of firm work he engages in professional networking and local business groups. That involvement has kept him connected to community concerns and to other professionals in Lee County. He currently practices law in Florida courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
