David Liebrader is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and the Nevada State Bar in 1994. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Liebrader is the founder and principal attorney at The Law Office of David Liebrader, a firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, focusing on investment loss recovery and securities fraud cases, serving clients throughout Nevada and California.
Mr. Liebrader earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1989. During his time at California Western, he gained practical experience by interning for the Pacific Stock Exchange, assisting in administering arbitration cases.
Mr. Liebrader specializes in representing victims of investment fraud, including cases involving securities fraud, Ponzi schemes, and breach of fiduciary duty. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. He has also served as a FINRA arbitrator and a fee dispute mediator and arbitrator for the Nevada State Bar, resolving attorney-client fee disagreements.
Throughout his career, Mr. Liebrader has handled cases in the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California and the District of Nevada, as well as federal courts in Colorado. He has also appeared before the Nevada District Court as a pro tempore judge. His extensive trial experience includes representing investors in both state and federal court and arbitrations, handling a variety of FINRA and SEC-related matters.
Mr. Liebrader is an active member of the Nevada State Bar and the California State Bar.
