David Leroy Rowell is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1991. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Rowell is a partner at Lawvex LLP, a law firm located in Clovis, California. He has been practicing law for over 34 years, serving clients throughout the Central Valley region.
Mr. Rowell earned his Juris Doctor degree from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, graduating in 1991. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Albany, where he obtained his bachelor's degree. During his time at McGeorge, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in the field.
Mr. Rowell concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law and alternative dispute resolution. He is also a certified mediator through the Fresno County Superior Court mediation program.
