David A. Jividen is the founder of Jividen Law Offices, PLLC, located at 729 Main Street in Wheeling, West Virginia. With over 35 years of legal experience, he has dedicated his career to representing clients in personal injury and criminal defense cases across West Virginia and the Tri-State area. His legal journey began in Newell, West Virginia, where he was born and raised. In 1976, Mr. Jividen graduated with honors from Bethany College, laying a strong academic foundation for his future endeavors. He furthered his education by earning a Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1979, where he was an active member of the West Virginia Law Review.
After completing his law degree, Mr. Jividen served as a federal law clerk for Chief Judge Robert E. Maxwell. This role provided him with invaluable insights into the judicial process and developed his legal skills. Following his clerkship, he took on the role of Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia. In this capacity, he coordinated the President’s Narcotics and Organized Crimes Task Force, gaining experience in federal prosecution and law enforcement collaboration. In 2001, Mr.
Jividen founded Jividen Law Offices, PLLC, focusing primarily on personal injury and criminal defense.
