David Harmik Yeremian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Yeremian is the founder and managing attorney of D.Law, a law firm specializing in employment law, with offices located in Glendale, California. He has been practicing law for over two decades, serving clients throughout California.
Mr. Yeremian earned his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law, where he graduated in 2001. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. During his time at UCLA, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in employment law.
Mr. Yeremian concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and consumer law. He represents employees exclusively in claims for wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Yeremian is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Yeremian is fluent in English and Armenian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
