About David

David Falcon came to law school after completing his undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary in 1996. He earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1999. Those formative years set the stage for a practice centered on contested benefits and workplace injury disputes.

He began his legal career the year he graduated, joining The Chandler Law Group as an associate in 1999. The early work offered courtroom exposure and day-to-day client contact. Six years later he moved into a leadership role as director at Chasen Boscolo in 2005. That position expanded his responsibilities. He handled litigation strategy, supervised younger lawyers, and managed client relationships across multiple files.

In 2016 he became a partner at Ackerman & Falcon. The partnership followed nearly two decades of steady advancement through plaintiff-side workers’ compensation and trial work. Over that time he also became active in professional organizations connected to workplace injury law. He serves as a counselor for the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. Since 2016 he has held membership on the board of the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group. He has been a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association since 1999.

Falcon is admitted to practice in Virginia and in the District of Columbia. His cases tend to involve contested benefits, employer liability questions, and hearings before administrative tribunals that govern worker claims. He regularly handles pre-hearing preparation, administrative pleadings, and contested hearings. He has worked alongside other trial lawyers on complex matters that require coordination across medical, vocational, and legal issues. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in court and methodical in file preparation.

Today he practices at Ackerman & Falcon, where he is listed as a partner. His caseload continues to center on workplace injury claims and related litigation, and he remains active in the associations that shape workers’ compensation practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He practices law in Virginia and the District of Columbia and focuses his work on representing individuals in workers’ compensation and employment-related claims.
