About Natasha

Natasha Phidd earned her law degree from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2019 after completing her undergraduate studies at Princeton University in 2013. She entered law school following a liberal arts education that emphasized critical thinking and writing. The academic record set a clear path toward practice in Virginia.

After graduating from William & Mary, Phidd became licensed to practice in Virginia. She moved into private practice and has been building a litigation and client-representation practice since completing her studies. Her early years after law school involved courtroom exposure and the practical work of advising clients on matters arising under state law.

Phidd joined Ackerman & Falcon as a lawyer. At the firm she handles client matters that arise in the state’s courts and counsels individuals and entities on legal options. Her daily work includes drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, and meeting with clients to explain procedures and likely outcomes. Colleagues describe her as concise in court papers and methodical in preparation.

She has been an active member of professional organizations since 2020. Phidd holds memberships in the Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, affiliations she maintains to stay current on developments in state practice and trial procedure. Those memberships connect her with peers across the Commonwealth and provide access to continuing legal education resources.

Phidd’s practice combines courtroom work with client counseling. She balances litigation tasks with the everyday demands of case management, including discovery, motion practice, and negotiation. Outside the office she has participated in bar events and educational programs that reflect the procedural aspects of trial practice in Virginia.

She currently practices law at Ackerman & Falcon, representing clients in matters before Virginia courts and related state processes. Her current practice centers on client representation in Virginia through her work at Ackerman & Falcon.
