About David
David Clements built a path to law that began in Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Nearly a decade later he completed his legal training at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2019.
After law school he moved quickly into practice. In 2019 he began working as a lawyer at Clements Law, P.A., a small firm based in Florida. The early years of his career have been spent establishing a local presence and handling the day-to-day work of a practicing attorney in state jurisdiction.
Clements’ professional life is tied closely to the community where he works. He is a current member of the Volusia County Bar Association and maintains involvement in the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce. Those affiliations reflect an interest in staying connected to local legal and civic affairs.
His experience since 2019 has been practical and hands-on. Running a small firm means managing client intake, drafting pleadings, negotiating on behalf of clients and appearing in court when necessary. Those are the steady tasks that define much of his routine work as an attorney in Florida, where he handles matters that come through his firm and community referrals.
