About Darrin M
Darrin M Gamradt earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2008. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University in 2005, graduating with a B.A. in political science and economics. Those formative years set the stage for a career split between public service and private practice.
He began his legal work in the public sector. In 2008 he served as an assistant district lawyer in the Cabarrus County District Lawyer's Office. The job placed him in courtrooms early in his career and gave him experience managing cases for the state. In 2009 he moved back into private practice as an associate at Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham. A year later he opened his own firm, The Law Offices of Darrin M. Gamradt, P.C., where he has practiced since 2010.
His time in the district lawyer’s office involved regular courtroom duties and the procedural demands of prosecuting matters on behalf of the public. That role exposed him to case preparation under tight deadlines and the challenges of presenting evidence in court. Those experiences informed how he approached subsequent work in private practice, where client expectations and strategic choices differ from the public sector.
As an associate at an established regional firm, he handled client matters that required both negotiation and appearances before the bench. Transitioning to his own practice in 2010 gave him the opportunity to manage a broader range of tasks: overseeing case strategy, guiding clients through the steps of litigation, and handling the administrative work that comes with running a small firm. Over the years he has balanced courtroom time with the business and client-service demands of private practice.
He holds membership in the North Carolina Bar Association and has been listed as a member since 2009. That affiliation reflects his ongoing engagement with the state’s legal community and the professional networks that support local practice.
He operates out of The Law Offices of Darrin M. Gamradt, P.C., where he maintains a practice that emphasizes representation in state court and legal matters governed by North Carolina law. He focuses his current practice on representing clients in state court and advising on matters under North Carolina law.
