About Danielle M.
Danielle M. Paradis took a nontraditional path to the law. She began in the sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Southern Oregon University in 2006. A few years later she turned to legal study and received her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013. The shift from chemistry to law shaped an analytical approach that she carried into practice.
After law school she established Paradis Law Office, PLLC, where she worked as a lawyer beginning in 2015. That period involved building a small practice and handling a range of matters for local clients. She ran the office through the early years, developing practical courtroom experience and client counsel skills.
In 2018 she joined Kurtz & Paradis, PLLC as a lawyer. The move placed her in a partnership environment and expanded the scale of matters she handled. At Kurtz & Paradis she continued representing clients in Washington, taking on both negotiated resolutions and contested hearings when cases required them. Her background in science informs how she approaches technical questions and evidence in complex files.
Paradis holds active membership in the Collaborative Professionals of Washington since 2018. She has also been a member of the Clark County Bar Association since 2014. Those local and regional affiliations keep her connected to developments in practice and to other lawyers in the community.
She is licensed to practice in the state of Washington. Her academic record ties together a chemistry degree and a law degree, a combination that has informed her approach to problem solving in practice. Colleagues describe her work style as methodical and focused on clear explanations for clients.
She currently practices at Kurtz & Paradis, PLLC, where her work centers on representing clients in matters filed and resolved in Washington state.
