About Danielle
Danielle DeJoseph trained as a lawyer in Buffalo and returned there to build her career. She earned a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2017 after completing an undergraduate degree in English literature at the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 2013. Those years established the legal and analytical foundations she uses in practice today.
Her first listed professional role came soon after law school. In 2018 she worked at HoganWillig, PLLC. That early experience placed her in a private practice environment where she learned the day-to-day demands of representing clients and managing case work. In 2020 she moved to the Law Offices of Michael J. Hughes, PLLC, expanding the range of matters she handled and the responsibilities she carried for client files.
In 2022 DeJoseph joined Pfalzgraf Beinhauer Grear Harris Schuller LLP as an associate. The title reflects several years of steady progression through small and mid-size firm settings. Colleagues describe her as attentive to case details and practical in client communications. She has routinely prepared filings, assisted in research and case strategy, and worked directly with clients and other counsel to move matters forward.
DeJoseph is admitted to practice in New York. She has been a member of the Erie County Bar Association since 2018 and remains active in that professional community. That affiliation keeps her connected to local court practices and ongoing legal education opportunities in the region.
Her work to date has taken place entirely in private practice. She has handled client representation across multiple matters, maintaining file organization and managing the procedural elements that keep cases on track. Her background in English literature contributes to clear drafting, careful review of documents and thoughtful written advocacy.
Outside of casework she has developed the routines younger lawyers often rely on: keeping current on court rules, coordinating with support staff, and building a network of local practitioners. Those routines support her work product and help ensure deadlines are met.
She practices at Pfalzgraf Beinhauer Grear Harris Schuller LLP and works on matters arising under New York law.
