About Danielle A.
Danielle A. Rosiejka built her legal foundation at Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2012 after completing undergraduate studies in political science at Lafayette College in 2008. Her academic path included a minor in Women Studies, a background that informed early work in court-administered dispute resolution and civil practice. The law school years were followed quickly by practical courtroom and office experience that shaped her approach to litigation and client service.
She moved into practice first as a foreclosure paralegal at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway in 2009, assisting on mortgage-related matters and drafting routine pleadings. That hands-on exposure led to internships on both civil and family dockets. In 2010 she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul J. Vichness in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part. In 2011 she worked as an intern for the New Jersey Office of Dispute Settlement, acting as a foreclosure mediator and gaining experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Rosiejka continued in state-level roles after law school. In 2013 she worked as a case analyst in the Civil Practice Division at the Office of Foreclosure in Trenton. The following year she served as a Court Services Officer I in the Superior Court Clerk’s Office, Trust Fund Unit. In 2015 she took a law clerk position with The Honorable Peter A. Ryan in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Those positions provided regular contact with judges, clerks and court processes, and offered sustained exposure to both family law procedures and foreclosure administration.
In 2016 she joined Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, LLC as an associate, where she handled matters spanning civil litigation and mortgage-related disputes. Her practice has included contested foreclosure actions, mortgage servicing disputes, and family court matters. She also maintained membership in the Ocean County Bar Association beginning in 2016, keeping active ties to the county bench and bar.
Rosiejka is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her background combines courtroom experience, case-management work in court administrative offices, and private-practice litigation assignments. She currently concentrates her practice on mortgage-foreclosure defense, civil litigation and family law matters.
