About Daniel S.

Daniel S. Nathan is an attorney admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Hebrew Language and Literature in 2005. His academic path combined liberal arts study and legal training, a background that informs his approach to research and written advocacy.

Nathan began his legal career after law school and established a practice that serves clients in multiple jurisdictions. He is licensed in two states, which shapes how he manages matters that cross state lines. Over the course of his career he has handled matters that require coordination between Florida and Texas law, and he brings that dual-state perspective to client consultations and case strategy.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and detail-oriented in day-to-day work, preferring clear legal analysis over jargon. He spends much of his time advising clients, preparing legal documents, and addressing procedural issues that arise in litigation or transactional matters. When cases require court appearances or formal filings, he manages those tasks and coordinates with opposing counsel and, when necessary, local counsel in each jurisdiction.

Nathan founded and practices through Nathan Law, PLLC. At his firm he oversees client intake and case management. The office structure supports clients who need representation in either state. He also handles matters that cross borders, arranging filings and compliance steps in both Florida and Texas when required.

Outside the office his academic background in language and literature informs how he reads statutes and briefs. He places importance on precise language and orderly presentation of legal arguments. He is not a frequent public commentator, and his profile is built largely on case files and client work rather than on academic or media appearances.

He maintains active licenses in Florida and Texas and practices through Nathan Law, PLLC. His current practice focuses on serving clients in matters that involve both Florida and Texas law.
