About Daniel S.
Daniel S. Garner builds practice on steady steps. He studied economics at the University of Utah, earning a bachelor’s degree before turning to law. He completed his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013 and moved quickly into courtroom and office life in Utah.
His early legal work came as an associate at Kipp and Christian in 2014. That year introduced him to client intake, motion practice and the pace of a small law firm. He left that position within a year to start his own firm. In 2015 he opened Garner Law, taking on the responsibilities of sole practitioner and business owner. The move gave him direct control over case selection and firm administration.
Garner expanded his practice footprint in 2017 when he co-founded White and Garner. That partnership altered the firm’s structure and brought additional resources and colleagues into the office. He remained active in the practice during that period and continued to shape how the firm handled cases. In 2023 he launched The Garner Law Office, the current iteration of his practice.
