About Daniel
Daniel Garcia built his academic foundation across two disciplines. He earned a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. He then completed a J.D. at Colleges of Law-Ventura. The combination of behavioral study and business training shaped his view of legal problems early on.
His professional record begins in a small firm environment. In 2015 he worked as an associate lawyer at David Lehr Law. There he carried out routine tasks expected of an associate: legal research, drafting pleadings, and supporting client meetings. That period offered practical courtroom exposure and a steady stream of case work that tested both his analytic skills and his client communication.
After gaining experience as an associate, Garcia moved toward independent practice. He established Daniel Garcia Law, Inc., taking on the responsibilities of firm leadership while continuing to represent clients. Running a solo firm required a shift in daily work. Case strategy and direct client contact replaced the narrower role he had in his first job. He manages the administrative and business sides of the practice as well as the legal work.
Garcia’s academic background in psychology and business informs how he approaches cases. He pays attention to the human dynamics that underlie disputes and the practical consequences of legal decisions. That perspective shows up in client conversations and in the way he frames legal options. It gives him a toolset for breaking complex problems into clearer choices for people who are often unfamiliar with legal procedure.
Colleges of Law-Ventura supplied his legal training. UC Riverside provided a broader social and economic context. Together, those schools shaped the methods he uses to prepare cases and advise clients. He draws on classroom experience when developing strategy and on early-career casework when setting realistic expectations for outcomes.
Colleagues and former supervisors have noted his steady work ethic and willingness to take on heavy workloads. He has worked through discovery, supported trial preparation, and handled motion practice. Those elements of litigation remain part of his practice, though he also spends time on the business side of running an office.
As of 2026 he maintains an active private practice under the name Daniel Garcia Law, Inc. He now practices at Daniel Garcia Law, Inc., where he manages client matters.
