About Daniel
Daniel Gallant built his path to the law through a mix of traditional schooling and practical training. He attended the University of Hartford before earning his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2013. Those years set the academic groundwork he later applied in practice.
After law school, Gallant joined Mass Injury Group as a lawyer. He has worked in roles that require regular appearances in Massachusetts courts and in the federal forum. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. That admission allows him to handle matters that progress from local filings to federal pleadings.
Gallant’s professional credentials include several research and practice-oriented certifications. He holds Advanced Case Law and Advanced Statutory Research certifications from Westlaw, along with a Westlaw Secondary Sources Certification. He also has an advanced certification from LexisNexis. Outside of those research credentials, he is commissioned as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He maintains memberships in multiple professional associations. He is a current member of the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also belongs to the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. Those affiliations reflect regular contact with peers and continuing legal education opportunities.
Colleagues and clients describe Gallant as deliberate in the courtroom and attentive to the evidence. He approaches each matter by breaking complex issues into concrete tasks. Court filings and discovery are handled methodically. He aims to make procedural demands clear and to set realistic timelines. He draws on his certifications in legal research when preparing briefs and when responding to opposing counsel.
Outside of casework, Gallant’s certifications suggest a practical bent. The notary commission and multiple research credentials point to someone who values precision in documents and depth in legal analysis. They serve as tools he uses in daily practice rather than decorations on a resume.
He currently serves as a lawyer at Mass Injury Group, representing clients in matters filed in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
