About Daniel

Daniel Finder built his path to law through two Midwestern classrooms. He earned a B.A. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2010 and completed his J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 2013. Those years set the groundwork for practice in both state and federal courts.

After law school he entered private practice. His earliest recorded role was as an associate at The A.W. Smith Law Office P.C. in 2015. A year later he moved to Grayson & Grayson, LLC, where he worked as an associate beginning in 2016. The work in those firms exposed him to courtroom procedures and client representation across a range of matters.

In 2022 Finder launched his own firm, Finder Law, LLC, and took on the responsibilities that come with starting a small practice. He is listed as the founding lawyer and runs the firm’s operations and casework. The move to establish a firm followed several years of practicing in established offices and signaled a transition to managing both legal strategy and business administration.

Finder is authorized to practice in Missouri and is admitted to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Those admissions have allowed him to file and argue cases at both the state and federal level. Courtroom work has been a constant feature of his career since he began practicing.

Professional associations form part of his public profile. He holds memberships in the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, the Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also belongs to the Knights of Columbus. These memberships reflect involvement in professional networks and community organizations outside day-to-day casework.

Colleagues describe Finder as methodical in preparing for hearings and trials. He has taken on the practical tasks that arise in litigation—from drafting pleadings to courtroom presentations. His background includes handling matters that require litigation skills in Missouri courts as well as managing the responsibilities of a small firm principal.

Finder continues to practice through Finder Law, LLC. He represents clients in litigation in Missouri state and federal courts and manages the firm’s caseload and administrative duties as its founding lawyer.
