About Daniel Brinson
Daniel Brinson Finch is an attorney based in Raleigh, North Carolina, specializing in estate planning, probate, and tax law. He has been a member of the North Carolina State Bar since 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, a distinction he earned in 2010. Born in Oxford, North Carolina, in 1975, Daniel has deep roots in the state, which inform his commitment to serving clients throughout North Carolina. In 1997, Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University. He then pursued further education at Campbell University, where he obtained both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees in 2001.

Daniel began his legal career at Pinna, Johnston & Burwell, P.A., where he quickly made a name for himself. In 2021, Pinna, Johnston & Burwell, P.A. merged with Envisage Law, allowing Daniel to continue his practice in a new and dynamic environment.
