About Daniel B

Daniel B Reinfeld has practiced law in Florida for more than two decades. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995 after completing a B.A. at Marquette University in 1990. Those years set the stage for a career that has moved between public service, private firms and his own practice.

He entered public defense work in 1999, joining a public defender's office where he handled courtroom responsibilities and learned the rhythm of trial practice. He moved into private practice in the early 2000s, joining Wicker Smith in 2003 and then Luks Santaniello in 2005. Those roles exposed him to a different pace and a broader range of matters than the public defender setting.

In 2009 he established Daniel B. Reinfeld, P.A. That step put him in charge of his own caseload and the administrative side of running a small firm. Over the years he has continued to appear in federal and state courts across Florida. He is admitted in Florida and in several federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Reinfeld’s professional affiliations reflect both legal and community interests. He has been a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association since 2016. He also holds membership in the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce from 2016 onward. He has served as a director of the Hollywood Historical Society since 2014. His ties to his alma mater continue; he has been president of the Marquette University Alumni Association, Florida Chapter since 2005.

Clients and colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive at the office. He draws on experience gained in a public defender’s office and in private firms to manage cases that require courtroom presence and client counseling. He maintains an active practice through Daniel B. Reinfeld, P.A., where he represents individuals and handles litigation work in state and federal courts in Florida.

His current practice concentrates on litigation and courtroom representation in Florida state and federal courts.
