About Daniel
Daniel An built his legal foundations at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science in 2004. He returned to the classroom several years later and completed his J.D. at Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2012. Those years framed a course from political studies into the practice of law and prepared him for work at both plaintiff-oriented and elder-law firms.
He began his legal career behind the scenes, serving as a legal assistant at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell in 2004. After law school, he moved into associate roles at a sequence of firms. In 2015 he joined The Accident Lawyers Group as an associate. The following year he worked at Elder Law Services of California. In 2017 he was an associate at Kenneth Yoo Law Group. In 2018 he held associate positions at both the Law Offices of Kyle Todd and Bolender Law Office, PC. That steady progression exposed him to different practice environments and client needs.
His practice experience includes work on matters commonly handled by the firms he served. Time at The Accident Lawyers Group and at Bolender and Kyle Todd's offices involved personal injury claims. His year at Elder Law Services of California involved elder-law matters and issues that affect older clients and families. He has been a member of the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles since 2019 and of the South Bay Bar Association since 2019. Earlier he participated in the Korean American Bar Association from 2015 to 2017 and served as a director of the Korean Community Lawyers Association from 2017 to 2019.
Professionally, An is licensed to practice in California. He has navigated work at both boutique and regional firms and moved into private practice under his own name. He operates as the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Daniel An. His background combines courtroom-side casework at plaintiff firms with client counseling in elder-law settings, and he maintains connections in local bar groups and specialty organizations.
He represents individuals in matters arising from accidents and in legal issues affecting older adults and their families. He currently represents clients in personal injury and elder law matters.
