About Daniel A.
Daniel A. Klein earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University in Columbus, completing a B.A. in 1987 and a J.D. in 1990. He moved from student life into the practice of law at the start of a decade that would see him establish his own office and later join a partnership. His academic record places him among the cohort of attorneys who trained at a large public law school during a period of significant change in legal education.
In 1996 he opened the Law Office of Daniel A. Klein. That step put him in charge of case selection, client relations and the daily operations of a small practice. Five years later, in 2001, he became a partner at Kurasch & Klein, a firm listed as Kurasch & Klein, LTD. The partnership expanded his practice setting and aligned him with another legal professional in a firm environment.
Klein’s resume shows experience on both sides of solo practice and firm partnership. As owner and partner he has managed client matters and handled administrative responsibilities inherent to running a law office. Those roles required coordinating with courts, opposing counsel and clients across cases of varying complexity. Today he maintains an office at Kurasch & Klein, LTD and continues to operate the Law Office of Daniel A. Klein. He works from those platforms to serve clients in both Illinois and Florida, handling matters that arise in state practice in those jurisdictions. He currently practices through Kurasch & Klein, LTD, focusing on legal matters in Illinois and Florida.
