About Daisy
Daisy Ayllon began her path to the bar in a classroom, then moved quickly into courtrooms. She earned a B.A. from Villanova University in 2011 and completed her J.D. at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2014. Those years set the foundation for a practice rooted in Illinois law.
After law school Ayllon joined Levin & Perconti as an associate in 2014. The role put her into a busy litigation environment early in her career. She spent those formative years navigating discovery, motion practice and the pacing of civil cases. The position gave her steady courtroom exposure and taught her how to manage complex case files from intake through resolution.
In 2023 she moved to Romanucci & Blandin as a senior lawyer. Her title reflects steady advancement since her first months as an associate. At Romanucci & Blandin she works alongside other trial practitioners and participates in case strategy and client counseling. Her role emphasizes courtroom preparedness and collaborative case development.
Ayllon has kept close ties to professional organizations throughout her career. She is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (2015–present), and she belongs to the Chicago Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and the Illinois State Bar Association, all since 2014. Those memberships indicate ongoing engagement with professional education and local legal networks.
Colleagues describe her approach as straightforward. She favors clear legal writing and thorough preparation before hearings. She is comfortable in deposition settings and in court, and she prioritizes practical problem solving when working through litigation timelines.
Outside the office she has maintained connections to mentors and to local bar groups that focus on trial skills and professional development. That steady involvement has informed how she manages cases and how she advises clients about procedural milestones.
Ayllon practices in Illinois and brings courtroom experience to her matters. Her current practice focuses on litigation in Illinois.
