About Cynthia
Cynthia Rote earned a Bachelor of Science from Winona State University in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, in 2005. Her academic path combined a Midwestern undergraduate program with legal training in Chicago. She later gained admissions to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
Her early legal work included a position at Delaney Law beginning in 2003. Records show she was involved in that firm’s matters during the early stages of her career. She joined the State Bar of Illinois in 2005 and expanded her professional affiliations over the following years.
In 2020 she founded Integrate Legal, PC and serves as its owner. That transition marked a move from working within an established firm to running a smaller, independently operated practice. At Integrate Legal, PC she manages case intake, client counseling and the administrative aspects of a boutique legal office.
Rote maintains memberships that reflect a courtroom-capable practice. She has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2007 and belongs to the federal trial bar, enabling her to appear in federal court. Her continued standing in the State Bar of Illinois is recorded as active since 2005. She holds licenses in two states, which permits her to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients on multi-jurisdictional concerns.
Colleagues describe her as steady and practical in handling matters; clients see a lawyer who attends to procedural detail and court deadlines. She has balanced firm responsibilities and solo practice management. That experience includes overseeing litigation logistics, filings and courtroom appearances when required.
Today she practices through Integrate Legal, PC, a firm she established and operates. She is admitted in Illinois and Wisconsin and is a member of the federal trial bar. Her current practice handles matters that arise in state and federal courts across those jurisdictions.
