About Crystal M.

Crystal M. Etue built a career that moves from military signals work to running a small law practice in Tennessee. She combined a liberal arts undergraduate education with a later law degree and turned an early federal internship into a courtroom and office practice.

Etue earned her B.A. from California State University, Fullerton in 2001. She then attended Southern University Law Center, receiving her J.D. in 2017. The law degree arrived after nearly three decades of public service and other professional experience.

Her early career began in the Air Force where she served as a cryptologic linguistic specialist in 1990. She later served as a medical administrative specialist in the Air National Guard in both Tennessee and California starting in 1995. Those roles placed her in structured, fast-paced environments and exposed her to government operations well before she entered law school.

While in law school and soon after, Etue gained experience in the federal system. She worked as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Louisiana in 2015. The next year she served as a judicial intern for the Middle District Court of Louisiana. Those positions gave her direct exposure to litigation procedures and courtroom practice.

After law school she moved into private practice and firm roles. In 2017 she was a managing lawyer at Cole Law Group, P.C., a role that placed her in a supervisory position early in her attorney career. Two years later she opened her own firm, the Law Offices of Crystal Etue, PLLC, serving as owner since 2019. As owner she handles client intake, case strategy, and the day-to-day operations of a small practice.

Etue is active in several professional organizations. She has been a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association since 2017. In 2018 she joined the Tennessee John Marshall Chapter of the American Inns of Court and the Esports Bar Association. These memberships reflect ongoing engagement with legal education and peer networks.

She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and runs her practice from that state. She focuses her practice on representing clients in Tennessee.
