About Colton
Colton Whitener earned his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2021. He completed his legal education during a period of sharp change in the profession and left law school ready to enter practice. The degree provided the formal training that led him into the Pennsylvania bar association and into private practice.
After law school, Whitener joined Statt Law as a lawyer. He brought his recent academic training directly into client work. At Statt Law he has handled day-to-day responsibilities that lawyers take on early in their careers, including client consultations, legal research, drafting pleadings, and appearing in court on behalf of clients in Pennsylvania.
Whitener maintains current membership in the State Bar of Pennsylvania. That affiliation places him among the state’s practicing lawyers and gives him access to continuing legal education and professional resources. His membership status is listed as current.
