Clayton Thomas Robertson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Robertson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance in 1998. During his time at UCLA School of Law, he was recognized as the Best Oral Advocate and Best Brief Writer in the Moot Court program in 2001.

Throughout his career, Mr. Robertson has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Alameda, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney and Deputy Public Defender, gaining extensive experience in both prosecution and defense roles.

Mr. Robertson is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the California Public Defenders Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also a member of the California State Bar. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
